Is it a problem with having habit of excessive sleep.

Hey guys , i have a major problem of sleepiness . Idk whats the problem im like sleeping 14-16 hours a day or sometimes more . I have became way to addictive to sleep and its effecting my personal life too. And i cant stop it

    You probably don't need to check with your doctor. People are conditioned to say that by all the pharmaceutical propaganda they've been constantly bombarded with since birth. Checking with your doctor often results in a sales pitch for some fucked up drug they're trying to push on you. In your case I imagine it would be antidepressants. In reality, I think you know what you need to do to get out of this rut, it's just that it's difficult to change your habits.

    You are oversleeping, which causes you to be tired when you shouldnt be. Its probably also messing with your metabolism and lord knows what else. Set yourself a bedtime and a wake time and stick to it. 9 hours of sleep is probably sufficient. Also check with your doctor to determine what is the cause if any. Maybe try some b12 supplements in the morning.
