Is it acceptable to have a puff with your mum

Mjm wants me to give up use the crack she said I can use it under her room and have to be under her supervision at all times so I don’t go out get my self in trouble with the law ... I know she is just trying to help me but during lockdown she has been having a few puffs with me where and there .... not like I can say much coz I’m not better
