Is it actually impossible for some to have six pack abs?

Six months ago I was a flabby guy who made a bet with his co worker about getting six pack abs.
I am not disappointed with losing Ray ban sunglasses but since last six months I am eating only greens, protein and vitamin suppliments and working out like hell.

I have learnt to swim, I learnt boxing and taekwondow, lost many pounds, I have broader shoulders way more smaller tummy and had to throw awww all my big pants.

I run and swim for an hour and practice taekwondow. After that I work with weights to grow muscles.

Total work out time is three hours daily.

Conclusion. I have a way better build. I am more handsome but still have a lair of fat above my abs muscles that won't let show the packs.
I have very strong abs muscles (punches and kicks don't go in) But no packs.
I feel disappointed.

did you know that the word ab is derived from flab the FL in the Fl stands for Fat Layers so eliminating the Fat Layers from FLAB = ABS.

So very wrong, NRG comes from fat, your Pancreas doesn't know the difference between carbs and sugar.

Good work, but abs are ultimately made in the kitchen. Get your bodyfat % down and they'll show.
