Is it delusional to make up situations in your head

I like to make up situations in my head, for example, making up situations where I meet a celebrity and how a conversation if any would go between us. Another example is day dreaming about having a super power and simulating the interactions that would happen.

Am I just lonely?

People who become successful have their visions clearly in their mind... They see it in their mind long before they achieve it in the real world.

    Totally normal to do that.

Mine are mostly how to react to mass shooters/stabbers in wherever I am. Fight, flight, and hide scenarios.

Or self imagined fan fictions, I get bored alot. Day dreaming at my basic as hell job gets me through it.

I work in a grocery store so I think of the most useful weapon in any current aisle. A Can of beans is pretty decent when thrown. Though a jar of pickles could easily just become a large broken jagged jar.

Unfortunately I work in the produce aisle so closest thing I have to a weapon is the row of glass kabocha bottles.

I day dream about boxing. I think about the technical side of stuff like slipping under a jab and countering with a left hook to the head or something. Then I cant wait to get off work to go practice whatever I was thinking about on the bag lol

My plan is always to kick, or run away. Not a fighter if I had to in a survival situation I would resort to brutal tatics and unfair practices.

I dont even see boxing as fighting anymore its more like a game of tag in a weird way. When I was a teen I only watched Mike Tyson matches or some other brutal knockout boxer but I've gotten nerdy with it I wanna see "boring" fights to see the technique now.

But yeah Idk I guess id use it in a street fight. Id have to throw my hooks different tho without glove jtd be weird.

Boxing is an intense sport. Full body lots of coordination, even damage when you get hit. Not my kind of sport. Ironically if there was a videogame hooked up to a taser I would probably enjoy it. Dont know if that just means I'm a lazy motherfucker or if it's because of the "random" nature of the injury. Like if I have a taser strapped to my arm at least I know i would only get shocked on my arm. Instead of being hit on the head or body.

What you have described just sounds like daydreaming to me.
