Is it easy to get in shape?
Idk if its my genetics or maybe I am just kind of tough but I feel that getting in shape is quite easy and I have trouble relating to obese people. I'm not saying this to brag but I can lose 30 pounds in just a few months and put on abit of muscle. It seems to be quite easy. If you eat once a day you will lose the weight and then on top of that consistency is key for getting fit. I will run 7 days a week and lift weights 6 days a week and the weight falls off and I tighten up. I dont think it is my genetics because my whole family is fat. I think maybe I'm just kind of disciplined naturally?
