Is it me or are tv commercials more obnoxious?

Commercials used to be somewhat entertaining, but now they’re obnoxious. Especially the insurance and medications commercials. They insult your intelligence. I mute them and look away.

    Good for you. I fucking HATE how the commercials are louder than the program. I found a free streaming app called “tubi” and the commercials are actually quieter than the program. It’s fucking awesome. Plus they have Battlestar Galactica. Lol.

    You notice them, therefore they are effective.

    You may believe that obnoxious advertising makes you less inclined to buy the product, but our subconscious does some weird shit sometimes.

    I find the music in commercials obnoxious and weird. Sometimes I mute them because they're so annoying.

    I notice the people in the commercials are always comically retarded. It shows how corporations view their consumers.
