Is it normal to stop playing an rpg, at random points just to start over, and over again( usually choosing the same options/stats that i chose before? I've been a gamer for a loong time-- I'm talking about original atari time ... I'm thinking that I'm losing my grip! Anyone else have this problem?

P.s I don't play for hrs at a time, but when I have the time, I find myself re starting to the point where I'll be on the same board like fifty times before I go farther... Then I reset again!!!

Agree with angel. Strategic save points are the way to go. As a long time gamer myself I am much wiser about saving games as I have been through enough bullshit in the past. But starting over is not really my style

Personally that's why I use strategic save points.

In the one I'm playing, sometimes I get tired of being nice... I save the game and then start killing all of the citizens and guards.

Then I go back to my save point and continue back on the game.
