Is it normal at this age to have rude thoughts

Hi my 10 year old daughter is having rude thoughts and says she is embarressed and very worried about this so she is that concerned that she wants me to take her to the doctors. For an example if she is at school and a boy or girl is behind her she feels they are trying to do something rude even though it is totally innocent.

    Uh sounds like she is unsecure normal it gets better when you Goto juniorhigh cause then noones allwayse behind you
