I love ice coffee and usually have at least one cup a day. I love everything about it, not just the energy.

    Love my coffee I don't smoke or drink, or do drugs so I spend my money on coffee pods for my dolce gusto love the stuff!

    Caffeine is physically addictive just like nicotine, alcohol, opiates, benzos, etc. If you're having a problem with caffeine addiction and want to stop, start weaning yourself down gradually so you don't feel like shit from cravings and withdrawal

    One cup a day is normal, if you start drinking 4 or more everyday I would be cautious.
