There's this like weird beat, like a womp kind of noise after each word they say? I feel like a weird pressure and usually have to shut my eyes and try to end the conversation as quickly as possible. Mostly happens when my mother talks.

    Sounds like you have a case of the "I'm Surrounded By Idiots" I get it too, just try to restrain yourself from hitting them and soldier on!
