Depends on how high (and narrow) the heel. Wide high heeled oxfords? Yes. Thin long stilettos? No.

Why? If the answer is to look more appealing to people then she should not. It's a little young to advertise.

Well, it depends. There are cute little heels that would be appropriate for her at that age. Perhaps with jeans or something, and not a mini skirt and tube top. A lot of much younger girls have shoes with heels. It can be cute. Not on a daily basis though

I think these 16/17-year-olds girls that wear mini dresses and pumps to parties are just disgusting..

This is coming from a 17-year-old girl. 13 is WAY too young, and she needs to get that through her head.

Just wondering why that screen name.
      It's cute
      Breaking news flash
At 13 years old girls hormones are flying all over and they are looking to get picked up by older guys.
They know all about cocks and nuts and their cunts and what to do with the male cock and sex since they were 10 years old in 5 th grade in health class.
They start fingering themselfs at 4 and 5 years old when they discover themselfs.
      It's normal in today's society.

It is normal but she has to mix it around a little. Tell her if she is wearing them to only wear them on special occasions like parties and just wear normal shoes when around friends or going out.

Not appropriate at all. No one needs to be looking at her ass.

girls wear heels to feel good about themselves and feel sexy and teenagers are are at that point where theyre look for validation and want to be accepted so its totally normal for a 13 year old girl to wear heels and she should be encouraged to doing so

you are too young honey, bisdes they will damage the heel of you foot and MIGHT potentially make you flat footed which will cause you great pain later on in life because you will put more strains on your knees. I know this because my friend is suffering from it now :S

enjoy your childhood, once you become 17/18 then you can start turning into a fully grown adult

Like they say, there's more than one way to skin a cat, but no way to explain all those skinless cats in your basement.

It is definitely okay. Of course, a 13-year-old girl would probably look silly in some type of stiletto, but something like wedges are appropriate and cute. I remember when I was 13 and in seventh grade. I had a crush on one of the girls in my class. She wore the cutest cork wedges!

I have to agree with the parents.

No adolescent 13-yr old has any business wearing high heels except *MAYBE* to a chaperoned dance or prom (or maybe to church) and one of *HER* parents should both take and pick-up. Call me old-fashioned, but when you allow your 13 year-old daughter to dress like she's 17 or 18, you're sending the message that she's "available". I don't care if she *LOOKS* older than she is. Kitten heels (nothing taller than an inch and a half) would (in my opinion) be more age-appropriate.

And if by chance at age 13 she is also dating or going to "teen" parties then her parents are morons.

This is the age that girls really start to want to the world of sex, first with clothes and make-up, then with experimentation with boys.
It is easy to say the wrong thing, and damage fragile egos.
Help her find pretty low heels, and even better, some really flirty sandals with straps that tie maybe.
She won't stop wearing them, just hide them and wear them anyway. Its ok to flirt, not to go beyond that, and hopefully she has a good role model to help her figure out how to wear make-up without looking like a tart. Lipgloss, and a bit of blush should do it, maybe a really light eyeshadow, teaching the right way will help her avoid the wrong way, and let her know her new status as a teen is acknowledged.

No if your talking about women's high heels. Then no it's not normal. It's inappropriate for someone her age to be wearing this. I think the right age is when your 18. High heels are meant for older women to be sexy for older men. Not younger girls being sexy for older men. Thats the kind of attention she'll get. I swear to god kids these days... -_-

  • I think if she wants to, and if she can walk in them, then they should let her wear high heels.

As long as they aren't stripper shoes or if she's wearing them all the time. She could wear those pump/heels they have. I think it's bad that society tries to make people look like hookers.

It's completly normal i started to use them and 13 obviously they weren't really tall :)

If she can walk in them, what's the problem? Most girls start wearing them during special occasions when they're 10 years old or so. (At least, they did when I was that age.) It's not always about looking "sexy."

High Heels....!!! What a gorgeous part of the feminine wardrobe.. Every girl, woman, lady belongs on a pedistal and that pedistal is a pair of HIGH HEELS...
I FULLY endose the wearing of HIGH HEELS... My jury" is out on them as to an age factor, as soon young ladies can handle thing better than others, but these little tenny boppers 8,9,10,11, 12s I sort of think are a bit too young, but maybe a lower heel and only for special outings..
As I said I adore HIGH HEELS because I war "BORN" to wear HIGH HEELS..
And folks, I am a long time married crossdresser, with a very supportive, understanding, accepting, knowledgeable and helpful wife who has taught me all the traits to emulate women, from presentation to walking, standing, sitting, mannerisms, make up, hair, nails, etc, and from all ofg tyhis, I have a very extensive wardrobe including 42 pair of HIGH HEELS, and all of this for me is a lifestyle, and not a hobby, nor a passing fancy / whim.
And foir the record, my wife started wearing HIGH HEELS when she was 15 or 16, which as a teen ager was just right.
If anyone has any questions I'm always avaiable to chat or answer e mails.. [email protected]

  • Intent matters almost as much as action itself.

Find out whether she's trying to look sexy or just likes the fashion of it. If it's the fashion then...maybe.

    If sexy then absolutely not.

Aw, that's so cute. Well, I hear those are very uncomfortable and bad for your feet, so I'm impressed. If you're worried about her trying to look "sexy" though, don't. This generation of kids try to look "sexy" as young as possible (thanke to the media.)
