I know a 46 year old man who thinks he is a big movie CEO, but he is on food stamps and social security disability, he made a little independent movie which stinks, and he calls all of us who know him, members of his movie company, there is even a hierarchy level within this company. What is terrible is he has people who really believe he is powerful. He is always saying how he is always hiring and firing people, but he has no money to pay them, and most of the people in the company have a mental illness. Should he be in an institution?

    Don't institutionalise him! He's not hurting anyone, is he? This is probably the only thing he has to live for. Don't crush that dream.
