Is it normal for a 7 year old to play with a dog's penis

My 7 year old brother likes his new dog, and is excited it is a male dog. He often grabs the dog's penis and sometimes plays with it. He even has names for the different "moves" he does. The dog doesn't seem to mind. So, it is hard to convince him to stop. Do any other kids do this?

    Maybe you should be a good sibling and show him how to blow that beast like a champ. If you record it you will be a god in the childporn/beastiality circles. Imagine the crossover appeal and being able to market it to two creepy and perverted groups at once. But remember I get 20% for giving you the idea.
