Is it normal for a cat to say "i love you?"

I have a new cat and she literally said hello and I love you! LISTEN TO ME! I wasn't hallucinating, I'm not on any drugs and I do not drink! The cat literally said I LOVE YOU! It was as clear as a human talking. Is this normal? Has your cat ever talked to you? Is this even possible? I just can't believe this happened, although I've seen shet on YouTube about cats saying this stuff but how can a cat talk?

    I remember when Steve's girlfriend used to tell me that she loved me...but ever since Steve decided he was asexual, I've never been loved again...

        Steve doesn't allow pets in the house. It's so boring and depressing in this big, empty apartment that I want to kill myself, but that would be unfair to Steve.

    Not so strange.My dog greets me with its paw like a handshake.I never get enough of that.Animals are such beautiful creatures.

    "Hello" isn't so weird, cats have a sound they make which is remarkably similar (and even seems to be used like a greeting). But "I love you" is not normal. It must be a very talented cat.
