Okay so i'm a christian and i have a bad habit which is hentai porn so is it normal becoz i'm young-ish and i wanna know if its alright becoz its not real porn so i dunno if it counts as a sin. I'm not having sex or anything like that or masturbating, i just watch it because i like the drawing and the storylines, and i've tried 2 watch just anime but i find it boring without the sex...HELP!!!

      If it's even remotely enjoyable, the bible says it's a sin. It's the church's way of making people feel guilty for being human. Guilt is their leash on you.

      It's very hard to explain. Because God says were not suppose to feel lust, which i just found out the other day by my pastor. and were also not suppose to act upon sexual needs, so I am not sure if it is a sin.

    I've been in the same situation. It's just as bad as porn, though I always knew that, it didn't stop me from doing it. I felt better when I stopped. I feel more refreshed. I was becoming depressed because of porn and hentai. It's really, really hard to stop, but you just have to do it. You say you're christian, you should pray and ask God for help with it. Hope this helps.

    I don't think it's a sin to watch hentai or masturbate (though it seems a bit odd that you say you don't masturbate??). I'm a young christian girl, but I do the same thing. Don't feel bad about it, a lot of girls who like anime also watch hentai- I have two, wait, three friends I know who watch it and they're all christian :3

    The thing is u can watch it, But you feel excited (not bored) while watching it right? That's your lust.

    If were not supposed to feel it, Why did God place it in us?

    The answer is u can control your lust with your mind.

    Masturbating = something like "Making love with yourself".

    You can get addicted to this, and the so called "Lust" can develop, in other/more lustful/ fantasy things.

    Which is why "sayings" prefer you not to get into it.

    So from my knowledge, Its actually better to not give into lust, but i know its not a easy task.

    Its better if you find someone you love (maybe marriage), and share your lust and desire with that person.

    So you wont bump against "your beliefs" and get satisfied.

    No, masterbation is not a sin, the sin we comment is when we lust for someone ( which is impure )HOWEVER, since hentai is animated and no one in the video has a soul, its the equivalent of lusting for a pillow case, so although it may not be as ( so called ) " normal" as u might hope, there is certainly nothin wrong with it! Unless the animated person is an animated version of a real person, then that changes everything. Other wise ENJOY AND BE BLESSED
