Is it normal for a gay man to despise or dislike feminine acting men?

I'm a gay man, pretty straight acting. I guess I don't truly "dislike" feminine acting men, they just really annoy me. Plus they're a big time turn-off for me. I guess if I wanted someone who acts like a girl, I'd cut out the middleman and go for the real thing.

So, is it normal for me to be extremely annoyed by (and repulsed by, to a degree) feminine men or flaming queens, guys who act like girls?

    Well I'm a gay man that finds femininity to be a real turn off.

    I think going as far to dislike, despise or be annoyed with feminine men is going too far though. What is masculine and what is feminine is a social creation that changes with each culture anyway so they may just be being their true selves. I mean a guy wearing a skirt would be extremely effeminate in Western culture yet you can go to places where men wear grass skirts all the time.

    I think everyone is different and we should accept that. I do agree with the comment made by superBenzid and wuggums47.

    To change the topic if thats ok? Can you take a look at my question I posted yesterday and give me some advice please. Any help will be welcome.

    I personally don't mind them, but when I think of my ideal man, I'm rarely picturing someone like them. That being said, I find that they are fun to be around and make good friends, just their personalities are not attractive to me.

    I don't think they are attractive at all. I see it as a funny thing, nothing more. I don't really "dislike" girly guys either, but sexually I'm more into manliness and dominant guys.
