This problem is making me extremely self conscious. They are constantly poking through my both my bra and shirt. I've tried getting more padding, but it makes my breast look too big and makes me self conscious. I am not pregnant. This happens all throughout the year, even when it's Summer. If it's not normal what can I do to make it stop?
They have these things called 'petals' you can put them in your bra, where your nipples rest. They help hide hard nipples. You can also find petals built into some bras. It's different than padded and pushup bras. Maybe that will help you?
I have no idea why your nipples would be hard all the time. But yeah, it's normal for your nipples to be noticeable through your bra and shirt (if your bra is made of thin material).
I knew a girl who would put a small piece of duct tape over each nipple to combat this problem.
