Is it normal for a guy to ride a women's (no top frame) bike?

I live in a big city and i have to ride a bike on my daily life routine the reason i bought a women's bike is because i don't want to end up slamming my ballsack and its contents against the metal frame. FYI, i have a big ballsack and it's ultra sensitive, the scrotum skin is raw, fleshy, occasionally becomes reddish and it freaks me out just thinking to get hit in this very spot!
And by the way, guys have you ever been hit in the balls? What it is like?

    I used to have a neighbor who unknowingly bought a ladies bicycle. He didn't know until I pointed it out to him. He didn't seem ashamed. A bike is a bike I suppose.

    It does not matter. I used to like to ride a girls bike when I was young because I could not stand up without hitting my nuts on the bar, but a women's bike I could stand up and no bar to hurt me. Also the seats are sometimes much more comfortable. Some of the small bikes seats feel like they are trying to be pushed up your ass when you are riding. Very uncomfortable.

    I literally have no concept of the difference between a men's and woman's bike and can guarantee you that any attempt to explain it to me, both in verbal and pictorial form, will fail.
