Is it normal for a physiotherapist to pinch of his client's nipples?

My wife visits a physiotherapist once a month. Yesterday she came back really relieved from her pains (mainly her back but not only). While having dinner she mentioned he had spent a good time working on her boobs and he even pinched on her nipples. I asked her if that was normal and she said he does it every time. He's friend of the family but yet I feel like it's something weird. Am I being paranoic?
