Is it normal for a teenage girl to wear underwear for days?

A 13 year old girl who is my mother's boyfriend's daughter goes 2-3 days without changing her underwear and socks. She wears underwear that is way too small for her (child's 12-13 years when she is in fact a UK adult size 14). She showers twice a week, barely using any soap/shower gel and is terrible at washing her hair so it's always greasy. She doesn't wear deodorant either! I'm very frustrated by this as to me it is very unhygienic and it actually turns my stomach. Am I over-reacting or is this acceptable?

I'm sure she will figure it all out when no boys want to talk to her, lol.

That was uncalled for. However, seeing YouAreAFuckingIdiot, not totally unexpected.

The underwear and and socks bit isn't right but some people do only shower a couple of times a week (skin problems etc.) and it sounds like she hasn't been properly shown how to do these things.. Why do you know the size of her underwear though?

Thats not hygienic! I would say that a person should at least change everyday. I change mine two times a day even though i wash myself with water down there when i go to toilet even if i just take a piss. I can go without talking a shower everyday but changing my underwear is a must. There is now better feeling then a clean knicker.

So i would say that you teach her a little about good hygiene. BUT dont tell her in a way that seems like you are mocking or degrading her. This is a delicate matter. It may be that her father didnt teach her anything about this so she is not at fault.

  • ew...dirty skank...probably wears pads/tampons for days at a time... hopefully she'll die from toxic shock so you dont have to smell that stinky whore anymore.

We aren't related. I mean it's came up and doesn't occur when she stays at ours just her mother's, but she knows it's not good but continues to do it. How much more can I do?

  • Well if they aren't married then they aren't even related, but in relation to the question I agree that it's very unhygienic, have you tried talking to her about it?

I think someone else is using her pc to answer the question. Or he/she is a troll.
