I notice a lot of Asians tend to look younger than other races especially Caucasians. I've mistaken a lot of my Asian coworkers for high schoolers. I'm like wait, you are the same age as me?

I'm going to clarify what I said before since apparently it was offensive, about them all looking basically the same. All people are like that to me, regardless of race, I'm just saying that Asians are less likely to have varied defining characteristics such as hair texture, color, etc. which is how some people tell others apart. For example, all blonde straight-haired white females look the same to me as well. So I don't see how it's "racist" to not notice in general people's facial details that much.
