Is it normal for me to fantasize about my teacher?

Right the problem is i am a 18 year old girl and have just settled down at my new college. I can feel a certain bond between me and my female math tutor and i love it. when i am at home and thinking i imagine life with my maths tutor i picture her as my biological mother because when i was only little i got taken away from mine and felt i have never settked in with my new family. Does this make me mental for fantazong my teacher being my mother because of the bond?

    During HS I'd often dream about having one of the male teachers as my dad. I grew up without a father for the most part and I hated what few interactions I had with him. I think it's normal to want a mother/father, subconsciously or consciously.
