I obsessively rub my shirt on my pants zipper most of the time I don't realize im doing it. I just want to know if there is something to it or is it juat a weird habbit. I've been obsessed with rubbing different cloths between my fingers since I can remember

    as you said, you're obsessed, so its not that normal, obssesions never really are normal. there;s probably a (big) stressfactor in your life which makes you feel a bit anxious, and thus gets you to rub-a-dubdub

    I'm sorry but for some reason, the thought of such a notion/visualisation made me mentally grit my teeth which irritated me!!!! Ahh!!! This is like my Misophonia but with cloth rubbing!!!
