I have habit of sneaking out in the middle of the night in my back yard, and getting naked, and lying on the grass, then touching myself is this strange?
Seems fine, just don’t do it where anyone can see you and make sure you stay safe

No this is not normal behaviour. I imagine a hot women doing this but it most probably is a fat old man and if a neighbour rang the police he would go to jail. So I think even if it was a hot 19 year old she should go to jail, keep it fair.
You're not hurting anyone so you do you, but it's not normal behaviour no.
In other words, the vast majority of people don't do this, but who cares? If that's what you like to do to get yourself off, who is anyone else to judge?
