Is it normal for me to watch tv standing?

I try to sit when other people are around because they find it annoying. But when I'm watching TV or movies alone, or even listening to music, I can't sit. I stand, I pace, I dance, and I just can't relax. I'm writing this post walking in place. I also pace when I'm texting or talking on the phone. I hate doing nothing, like it physically hurts if I just sit around.

Is this normal? Am I too hyper?

It's healthier to stand up than to sit, but you might be a bit hyper. As long as it doesn't bother you it seems like a positive thing. Maybe go for walks once a day, if you don't already do that.

Yes it is "normal" to stand and walk and even pace, I do this and I'm sure many other people do this too! I especially pace a lot while on the phone! Normally I wouln't like to sit directly next to someone so when a lot of people are around the tele I tend to stand and watch, walk in and out of rooms or just go elsewhere! Standing is "normal", watching tele is "normal", walking is "normal" so why are more than one together not "normal"? Answer it is!
