Is it normal for my baby chinese dwarf to act like this?

I've had 2 chinese dwarf hamsters for a few months now. Things have been going well, both happy & healthy although the little one acts a bit strange.

He is a baby still. He's grown a bit into his genitals & has gotten a little bit longer but I haven't seen much growth other than that. My mom & grandpa believe he might've been the runt of the group.

Anyways besides that physically he worries me a bit. He just acts odd. You can hear him breathing, I'd say almost like he's wheezing but not quite? He also NEVER stays still, even when it sits down or is sleeping his body moves kinda like gittering or twitching. It's constant, 24/7. Also when he goes to drink from his water bottle he stays there for a good bit before he's finished. Other than that he acts just like a hamster is supposed to. Both eat normally. He doesn't frequently urinate, no diarrhea. Both of them aren't too fond of their grain in their diet though -__- lol.

This has been going on for a good while now & I don't know whether it is because he is still a baby or possibly a runt or if there is something wrong with him internally that I should get checked out before he possibly gets worse.

I am going to see if I can get him seen by the vet as soon as i can, hopefully tomorrow.

Technically I am a first time hamster owner? I've had hamsters before but I was really young at the time. Now, I love these little guys, they are my babies & I'm so protective & wanting to make sure they are as healthy & happy as possible because I know their life expectancy isn't that very long.

Anyone have anything similar or any advice? Anything is appreciated.

Damn it! Talk about a misleading title. :(
I was so excited for the Chinese dwarf baby.
Now, all my hopes... down the drain.
    Life is so unfair.

I can't really tell you. I confuse them with gerbils and guinea pigs. If you showed me 3 pics, one of each... I wouldn't know which was which.

I would get it checked out. We had a two headed calf/s one time, yes I said a two headed baby cow/s, with a 5th foot hanging from its left side "the leg would kick when it was touched", we called them Stomp-N-Head. Stomp was the left head with the extra foot and Head was the right head, his head was slightly bigger than Stomps and would always be the one that looked first when they were called. I wish mom N dad would of taking pictures of Stomp-N-Head. The cow/s would eat with both heads and could see with all 4 eyes. People would come from few 100 miles away to see ol Stomp-N-Head. Everyone thought Stomp-N-Head was a little creepy at first, then everyone got used to the freak shows. I was around 8-10 years old when they were born, been nearly thirty years ago. Any ways ol Stomp-N-Head liked the attention, "mostly Head" liked all the hicks that came for sight seeing. It lived for 7 years before my crazy ass uncle went out night hunting one night and shot Stomp-N-Head, we wanted to hang him for what he done. But we ended up eating Stomp-N-Head. was that Normal for us to eat them?
