I'm 21 years old, never been pregnant. My boyfriend likes to suck on my breasts (but hes been LDR for about two years now) and I can do it on my own too. They are stimulated. However, I've never been able to lactate before. It only started recently and only with pressure. It doesn't just happen randomly. I've been to a gynecologist recently before this started happening. Should I be concerned and go again?

    I'm not a doctor, but as long as you can't detect anything unusual in the texture of your breasts and you're not feeling pain, I'd suggest you try not to worry about this.

    Galactorrhea is the fancy medical term for the flow of milk from breasts when the mother hasn't been pregnant and isn't nursing. This can sometimes be a symptom of something serious, but many benign things can also cause it. Have a look here:

    That website mentions breast stimulation during sex. Some guys have a fetish about breastfeeding and some women enjoy doing it. If the online lactophilia websites are to believed, it is possible for many women to begin to produce a steady flow of milk after about a month if their breasts are stimulated and suckled a couple of times every day. From what you say, you're not doing anything that systematic, but if you play with your breasts when you masturbate and you're doing that regularly, it doesn't seem surprising to me that you're producing something.

    Obviously, if this is preying on your mind, then you should speak to a doctor about it.
