    It's normal. I officially hit puberty at 9 even though I was showing signs years before that:/ we all develop at a different rate.

    I was about that age. So was my oldest son. My younger one is almost 13 and his voice is just starting to change.

    I got my period when I was 10 or 11. I know people who didn't get it until their mid to late teens. People hit puberty at different times.

    Google says that's normal. Girls can start puberty as early as eight, though.
