My brother is twelve and he has like five hamsters as pets. That would be normal if he and his friends didn't always fart on them or enclose one in a hamster ball after farting to trap the smell in? Is this a normal thing for them to do? Or should I take them away some how?
They sound like idiots with no life to have nothing better to do than try to annoy rodents most animals aren't bothered by the same smells as we are in fact its many times the opposite becos they are repulsed by the smell of flowers but go out of there way to sniff each others butts and genitals.
my friend used to give his hamsters horse tranquilizers in minute amounts to knock them out and then cut the arms and legs off with a minature saw. she would then use a butane blow torch to cauterize the wounds and cover the stumps with gauze pads taped securely. i asked her why she did that one time and she said she doesn't like when they run on the wheel. i love her.

it's not nice that he's so into farting, but it depends on his age how weird this is. i personally would rather buy an aquarium...
