Is it normal for my feet to "hump" each other whenever i'm lying down?

Whenever I'm lying down - usually before falling asleep or in the morning after waking up - my feet constantly "hump" each other in every possible way. I can make them stop for a while, but the moment I'm not thinking about it anymore, they go at it again.
