Is it normal for my mom to meddle in my life?

I'm 24 and live on my own. But, somehow my mother just never seemed to cut the ambilical cord. She continues to treat me like a child that's still living under her roof. She's always asking me personal questions that's none of her business. Such as my finances, sex life, etc. No matter how much I preach for her to stop, she just continues to do it as if she's entitled to know.She doesn't treat any of my other siblings this way. Only me.
