Is it normal for my puppies to have a craving for cats?

My dog just recently had a litter of puppies and they all for some god forsaken reason have schizophrenia. And now they hunger the for the flesh of my newborn kittens. They also grew abnormally, they are the size of a ruler and something like little bumps of bone stick up on either side of their skull just right above where the eyebrow should be, which isn't there. And sometimes they talk to me while I sleep and bark like demons. Another thing is they know how to open doors. Is It Normal?
