Is it normal for my scalp to move when i raise my eyebrows?

I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress lately, and it has a huge effect on my physical health. At one point I thought I was having a heart attack in my life, in another point, I thought I had stomach cancer...My face muscles nowadays seem really tight to the point where it feels like im not raising my eyebrows when I actually am...and my scalp moves up when i raise my eyebrows, so it seems as if all my muscles are tight. Has anyone else experienced this?

the muscles in your forehead contract, pulling your eyebrows up and your scalp down

I just raised my eyebrows like 20 times. I bet everyone who reads this post will do the same; it would be a great troll.

My scalp doesn't move, but it seems that's not normal : |

Oh...and btw. The extreme stress is not normal. You should talk to someone, maybe a doctor. You shouldn't have to live like this.
