    My grandmother had to get some of the blood vessels in her nose cauterised because of frequent long nose bleeds. Elleena had the right idea.

    Put your head BACK, not down! Never heard of gravity? Something cold on the back of your neck might help too.

    If this happens often see your doctor because it could be a blood pressure problem.

    Stuff it with some tissue paper to apply constant pressure.

    I used to get really bad nose bleeds when I was young... Don't pick your nose! :D
