Is it normal for someone to do this?

When two people are talking about something and a third person lets call them C comes in. The people talking will be A and B. Person B will be explaining something to A and C will jump in and say something not relevant to what they are talking about. Person B cant finish their thoughts and person C ends up getting upset with B when they cant answer their questions properly while struggling trying to continue telling point to A while answering C pointless questions. Which usually ends in C getting angry when they are not really even in the conversation or contributing. I mean its rude to tell person C to go fuck off but at the same time you cant have a discussion without them ruining the flow.

I was in a Starbucks having a private conversation about things of a spiritual nature and this random weirdo came up wanting in in our conversation. He started getting rude and preachy about his point of view so I reminded him I was trying to have a private conversation.

It was funny, weird and creepy, because then he went off in a huff and went outside to chain smoke in the freezing rain. It didn't help that he was a wannabe biker.

it seem like that happens alot where people think they can just bud into a conversation and completely ignore the other person. I feel like C could also represent smartphones, I'll be trying to converse with somebody but they think that someone else's messages are more relevant

It's an A-B conversation. C your way out of it.

Tell C that sometimes their input isn't wanted. It's as easy as that. You can try to say it politely, although you must be prepared for them to get upset either way. Explain to them how you feel and hopefully it will make the situation easier to understand for them. Otherwise, you will be stuck with C continually doing this.

Yes i guess that's normal, but can you explain whats going on in an easier way?

    • Person A and B are discussing something. Person C interrupts and makes the conversation all about them. Person B has to attempt to juggle a conversation with A while trying to answer C irrelevant questions as they derail the conversation.

Was it a private and personal conversation? Did you know person C? I dont know enough to say which person is being a jerk here.

The scenario you described is excessively specific, and it's hard to give enough of a shit about to comment on... aside from the fact that it's hard to give a shit about.

    • Why are you upset its specific?

Because if something is overly specific it's not likely to apply to most people, and it's basically you just whining about something that happened, trying to get support for your inane bullshit situation!

        • Person A and B are discussing something. Person C interrupts and makes the conversation all about them. Explain why this seems like such an impossible scenario? Person B has to attempt to juggle a conversation with A while trying to answer C irrelevant questions as they derail the conversation.

Didn't you post this earlier today? It's still every bit as confusing now as it was then.

    • No its the same one. I removed the comments because everyone who commented earlier randomly got down-voted 4 times in a row. I think it was a troll that decided to do it. I tried to up-vote everyone but one vote doesn't do anything when its negative 4.
