Is it normal for someone to post pornography on my account?

A few hours ago, I checked my email and an anon on tumblr asked me if I really posted something. I didn't understand what they meant so I went on my tumblr and looked through my posts and to my horror I found that someone had posted tasteless pornography on my account! The post said something about "helping my sister" and showed a woman bent over with her panties down while she opened her butt checks and showed her anus and part of her vulva! I immediately deleted it and checked through the rest of my posts. To my disgust I found 4-5 more of these photos.

I don't know how this happened. I've considered that my computer might have a virus, but it shouldn't. Another thing I've considered is that maybe someone somehow managed to hack into my account. If that's the case I don't know why or how they did it. I don't give out my passwords and I do my best to be polite to people on the internet so, I can't see why anyone would have a grudge against me. I'm baffled and I'm shaken up over this. I'm worried that whoever did this might do it again or worse might try to hack into my account on here. In my panic, I've even considered deleting my blog but I don't want to have to do that.

Is it normal that this happened?

    Why would you post naked pics of your sister on the net? Why do you even have naked pics of your sister?

      I'm not the one who posted that shit! Plus, I don't even have a sister and even if I did I wouldn't sink that low to post or take nude pictures of her!

        Maybe it's one of your friends fucking with you, do you leave yourself logged in to tumbler?

        If I find my friends Facebook open I can't help myself, I have to write fucked up shit and send friend requests to people/organisations they hate.

          I haven't seen my friends in a long time. I don't visit them and they don't vista me. I never take my laptop out of my home unless for repairs. When I'm outside I don't social network ,because I like doing it in private and I don't leave it unattended. If anything it was probably me trying to log into tumblrpic(dot)com god knows how many times before I realized it wasn't going to work. Thats the only thing I can think of. I really need to stop being so naive on the internet:/

      Thank you. I will, but the problem is that some of my other accounts share this password. You don't think it's possible they'll try this again on my other accounts? Then, again I remember there was this site called "tumblr-something" and I thought it was a real site and I think I stuck in a login information god knows how many times before I realized it wouldn't work. Maybe, that's how they got it. Anyway, I don't think they know what my other passwords are.

    Out of curiosity... why did you so graphically describe the pictures in this question?

    I mean, I would go ahead and change your password, but that was a bit TMI and kinda weird, especially if you say you're bothered by the photos >.>

    Anyway, sorry that happened it really sucks when people invade your privacy like that.

      I don't see what wrong about that. I described what happened because I was very upset (I still am) and I didn't know what to do about the situation. My accounts have never been hacked into before. I'm not some pervert if that's what you were trying to suggest.

      I did change the password, but this incident has ruined my desire to go on there anymore.

        I'm just confused, if graphic images offend you, why describe them graphically?

        I'm not saying it's bad you did, I'm not judging. I'm just curious because it seems contradictory. I didn't mean to offend, I'm sorry.

          No, I'm sorry for misunderstanding the tone of your question. I suppose I didn't realize how graphic I was being. When, I wrote that post I still had gotten over shock and confusion and I probably overreacted a bit.
