Is it normal for the inside of my vagina to be going down

So tbh I don't know the name but the thing inside the flaps of my vagina are mushy and red and in a way is lowering itself from where it used to be. I know it's confusing but I need someone to tell me what's going on because I don't want to go to a doctor for this please help me

    Yeah...prolapse? I'm not a doctor, though, and I also can't see it (which I'm glad of).

    You may not want to go to a doctor, but it sounds like you need to.

    At least, get your mum or a girlfriend to have a look at the area of concern and then determine if it needs professional intervention.
