Is it normal for the "seen" time on facebook to change?

Basically, I like this girl and I sent her a message earlier on today. She saw it at 14:31, and then when I went to send her a message later on in the day, it said: Seen: 18:53.

Curious as to see if it would do it again, she came online around 23:00 and again, it said Seen:23:20.

What does this mean? Is this a glitch or..?

    The seen feature is pretty glitchy, so yes, it's normal.

    The "seen" feature is unreliable. Certain mobiles when signing in will automatically "view" your message as "seen" even though they haven't clicked out of the tab to go to their messages. It's all whacked.
