Is it normal for the usa to not have more formula one racing?

I think I'm in love with Formula One racing. Is it normal that the USA doesn't have more formula one tracks or enthusiasts, yet its popular the world over? What's with the USA ignoring such a great sport that is highly addictive. Kids do gokart racing. There are a bunch of gokart tracks. This is the Olympic level of gokart racing, right? Is there a a secret law against Formula One in the USA?

The only other motor racing that is my cup of tea has to be motocross. Curvy and crazy high speed madness kind of fun.

Is it normal that I am wanting more Formula One racing in the USA?

Americans seem to watch sports purely for entertainment, whereas Europeans are more interested in observing skill and precision. that's why soccer is not as big in the usa as most other countries. most Americans like to watch some big loud cars flying round in circles smashing into each other than watching f1 which is more scientific and precise.

I have to agree, I wish it was more popular too. Fascinating sport :)

F1 is the most repetitive, boring shit I know :)
    Try football/soccer, or tennis.
Combat sports are also great - check this link out.
