I'm 18 and secretly I am saving up for my own life insurance. I'm making it easier for my family for when I die they don't have to worry about my funeral costs, I don't want to put more stress on them so I'll leave a large amount in my bank account and it will help save them spending on my funeral and the rest they can spend on themselves. It sucks when a loved one dies, so when I go I want them to just be happy.

    Smart, i guess. You could help your self and others in exponentially better ways with way better investments. Stay alive as long as you can pkease.

    Not exactly normal, but of it makes you feel better. Most plans aren't too expensive. If you have a little extra to pay into it, may as well. Especially if you have children. But you could also travel while young with that money. Why are you concerned with death at such a young age?

    I don't think I'll ever get life insurance, purely as revenge for all the ads I've been subjected to o er the years by the life insurance industry.

    If I have to hear about June's parsnips one more time, I'm gonna find the bitch and help her cash in her policy early.
