I play baseball in the spring and summer and the team I play on consists of male and females. Our cleats and our socks always stink after every game as well as practice. Is it normal for both guys and girls feet to stink after playing sports like this.
Yes it is, And after this happens and you let the shoes dry out they may not smell, then you might wear them again and they stink. The old bacteria is becoming revived so the best solution is to either wash the shoes or get a new pair then wear socks with copper or silver fibers and they will not smell. also try wiping your feet with vinegar before and after sports activities.
Not if you shower after sports, used to do martial arts and we always had a shower.
Yes it’s normal. It’s caused by your feet sweating and the moisture is unable to escape. Gender doesn’t really come into it
