You might want to get some help for that. But I know where you come from.
What you're describing might be depersonalization disorder. It's not inherently dangerous or anything, but I suggest you talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
Depersonalisation disorder like all subtypes of anxiety is a condition that becomes worse over time if you don't get help, meaning the sooner you get help, the easier and faster it is to get rid of.
I like looking in the mirror to check that I don't look ugly but I never think about turning into someone else.
