Is it normal i cant download stuff on windows 8?

I downloaded some pictures and it saved them as attachments. Yet for some reason they don't show up under pictures or under downloads. So I dont understand how to access them.

    It's got nothing to do with Windows, it has to do with your mail client. Learn to use it!

    try using Windows 95, it works for me!

    If you want to switch operating systems, you can do so by finding the downloads to the previous OS. (XP, Vista, and I think, 7)
