I use to wash and rewash my hiar 3 times a day and wore a tie everyday but got out of the habit. However I have another habit which is I compulsivly clean my ears they a tr e not dirty but I am constantly cleaning them I get annoyed if we have no cue tips but my ears are never dirty.
Twice a day seems enough to me. One after a shower or in the morn and one later on if you want. I clean my ears after a shower and later on if I'm going to use earbuds. Once a friend of mine was listening to music with his ear headphones and he gave one for me to listen with him and it had earwax in the bud so that's why I clean my ears before I use headphones lol. Why clean them when you can clean your ear before.
i do it at least every 10-15 minutes...its just OCD (apparently) because you know..everybody has a bit of OCD in them .
You shouldn't do that, it's not good to have no wax in your ears. Clean your ears yes, but a bit of wax is there to fight infection and protect your hearing.
Not that i'm surprised considering the people on IIN but how the hell do all of you not know what ear wax does?
I thought I was the only one like this. I will clean my ears twice a day, minimum. I think it started when I was a kid, it always used to gross me out when you could see ear wax built up in someones ear!
It's actually healthy to let your hair soak in its natural oils for a few days (skip a day of wash, etc) but i can't stand not cleaning my ears with cue tips after I take a shower. I feel dirty and gross of I don't
never hurts to be clean. I heard though that washing your hair too much is bad.
