Is it normal i don’t get sick and can’t throw up

Okay so I have only ever thrown up once in my life (I don’t know about when I was a baby I mean babies puke) but anyways I was in the fifth grade and just as we were leaving school I felt like I was gonna have a panic attack and I just threw up then that night I woke up and started pukeing like crazy like I couldn’t stop it but I wasn’t sick there was nothing wrong with me (technically I gues that counts as two times but one day) anyways I went to school the next day and it was all good. Now I may get migraines but I don’t throw up like I just can’t I will see something and might gag but no throw up and my siblings have always been the ones to get the flu or strep and I have never been sick the only thing is a migraine it’s so weird
