Is it normal i don't think it's a prank when someone.

I see videos on tiktok and YouTube where 20-25 year old guys throw rice or chuck milk or water up in the air and it falls onto people who stand near them and they act like"what was that?". But they keep doing it and to me as someone who worked retail before, that annoys me so much and I don't think it's a prank. I busted my butt working retail, it was a really exhausting job with lots of customers and bosses yelling at you, kids opening paint and having to constantly clean it up and scrape the floor and when I finished if I saw someone throwing a whole bag of rice on the floor I'd be livid. That's just not cool, you're making someone's already hell life more hell.
