Is it normal i enjoy watching my little pony: friendship is magic?

I am 20 and I watched this kids show once the other day called,"My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" with my nephew. I got caught along with it instantly though. The characters were actually sophisticated and the animation was top quality for a childish cartoon. My boyfriend says it's normal, but I thought I could use more opinions on the matter. Thanks!

    I've never heard of someone above a child's age watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I don't think this is a phenomena whatsoever. However it could be really cute if you could recruit more 20 somethings to like it you could even give yourselves a name like Bronies, and it could become somewhat of a viral 4chan trend, that then would reach other image boards, and ultimately reddit, youtube, the works! Even receive some MSM coverage. And perhaps after a few years the trend will begin to fade slightly, to the point where you could make an ironic IIN post about it, and someone will leave an ironic response! best of luck

    It's not normal because I tried it once and the show is boring as fuck, that even a 6-year-old would not be interested because it's so incredibly boring and stupid. But, you know, "Bronies".
