Is it normal i feel like everybody is watching me

In a way, I can kind of relate. I know I'm not actually being watched, but I still feel a sense of embarrassment if I do something stupid while nobody else is around, as if someone actually was watching. I do live with cats (who give very judgmental stares), so maybe that is why! 😹

In all seriousness though, I do kind of feel a sense of being watched, though not in a creepy or alarming way, if that makes sense; like a sense of a presence being with me. Perhaps it is because I'm religious and feel as if God is watching me, I'm not sure. It doesn't bother me, but I don't ever feel 100% alone.
