Is it normal i finish other peoples conversations in my head?

Okay, so I have had this awful habbit of eavesdropping on or "Observing" people.

Almost EVERYTHING is hear is really disturbing. And EVERYTIME I hear something hardly anyone else hears it. (Not relevent though) The point is when I hear this stuff before I can go on about my day I have to finish the conversation out in my head.

Real example:
Person: "... And she put her foot so far up there it got stuck then it..."
Me: "Did anyone else hear that?!"
Cassie: *Starta laughing*
In my head: "... started to bleed and ooze and..."

The dialog went on and on in my head and I added more people to it, ect.

Is it normal to think to yourself like this when listening in on conversations?

Same here. I'm even able to know when anyone is about to say the word 'but' in any sentence. My english teacher gets pissed every time i do it.

I talk to myself in my head and right when I'm having a conversation with someone, I start to predict their answer. Well that depends on how much I know them so I can try to guess their response.
