Now people who have a crush on best friend and still going to be friends no matter what yes its fine. They have a crush it does not make them bad people.

Now what I find annoying is people who only become friends to fuck or date someone or people who have a crush on a friend and demand you love them back.

If not they cry "Friend zone". I have had gays the same gender even do this to me. I didn't realize this happened either. I thought this was something men made up to harass other women. I didn't realize girls did it to other girls and guys to other guys.

I wish people would stop thinking they are entitled to the affections of every single person they choose. Not everyone is going to love you. Get over it.

    Its one of the universal coping mechanisms for rejection. For many guys attempting to get a girl, its playing the "nice guy" card.

    Hell yes. And the concept that if she doesn't love you back she must go for huge douche who are gonna treat her like shit. No, maybe she simply doesn't love you or isn't attracted to you. Doesn't mean the person is slutty or doesn't like ''nice people''. Also come with a nice serving of intense self-pity...sigh*

    I wouldn't say it's anything anyone actively made up to harass anyone. It's just an unfortunate by-product of the fact that some people can't bear the idea of moving on or learning to be happy while single.

    I had a friend that was a guy, and he kept asking me out through text. I kept saying no as I didn't like him in that way, and now it's really awkward between us. We don't speak much now either.
